Moozey is a project for improving museums' experiences with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Moozey aims to help museum managers identify their structures' strengths and pain points, monitoring data with a clear and usable dashboard.
Why Moozey?
A risk for museum managers is to make decisions that are disconnected from visitors' experiences.
Moozey wants to offer museum managers the opportunity to make data-driven decisions and offer unique user experiences that justify the time spent in the points of interest. Museum managers are not data analysts, and they need tools that allow them to interpret data easily and correctly.
The A.I. plays an important role in managing data and suggestions to satisfy visitors' needs and requests.
An accesible experience
I thought about the museum experience and their heritage. I decided users could feel a warm and cozy atmosphere, without renouncing to the modernity and simpleness of new tools as UI platforms.
In order to give users the best experience in order to easily read data and graphics I put strong attention to accessibility parameters, such as color contrast and readability of the text and easy ways of navigation between elements.
Moozey uses AI not only to collect and manage data, but it looks to the future of generative AI, applying NLP (Natural Language Processing) to summarize the answers received at the surveys in order to create a list of suggestions and assigning a score to each of them so that museum managers could find innovative ideas and prioritize the solutions of problems.
